attentive staff local food wonderful recommendations
i found the staff very attentive and helpful. jayce gave me information about local food and destinations. his recommendations were wonderful.
i could hear noise from other rooms. the shower sounds were audible and woke me at 5am due to other guests.

The hotel has a rooftop bar, though i did not use it . a restaurant is available. This offered diverse, international options. these amenities contributed positively to the stay.

The staff were accommodating to needs. they arranged a day trip via jayce to halong bay, this proved an excellent choice! a complimentary gift was given upon checkout. It was a great gesture.
